December Feature Product – v10 Job Builder

v10 Job Builder is a feature where your staff can easily look up parts and associated labour on all makes directly from your PBS system.

Here are the top 5 reasons dealers are adding Job Builder to their DMS.

1. Staff no longer have to switch from PBS to external products, and then back again, to look up Parts/Labour and then check availability.

2.  It’s VIN specific. Whether a Tech is recommending additional work from a Dispatch screen, or a Parts or Service Advisor is looking up Parts/Labour for an existing Estimate or RO…Job Builder automatically uses the VIN on the current transaction saving you time (and potentially selecting inaccurate Parts/Labour).

Aristo Physical Inventory Course Available

It’s that time of year again for, you guessed it: Physical Inventory.  We’d like to share the PBS online training course available to help you with your physical inventory process. Through Dealer-U (online training environment) you have access to the following course: 

Aristo Users: “316 PIM Inventory”

This will lead you through the process from creating the count sheets to posting your counts and tracking changes.  Log on to pbsu.pbsdealers.com, go to the dashboard drop down menu and choose catalog.  Then use the search field in the catalog, type in the title to find the course for you, select it and launch the content. If you do not have a log in for PBS Dealer-U, simply email your name, dealership, email address and dealership role to education@pbssystems.com and ask to be added to the PBS Dealer-U community.

We hope this will help make the inventory process easier for you and your staff in 2017!
